37Club Takes on the Marrakesh Marathon
Share
What began as a simple idea — to run a marathon and raise money for charity — quickly evolved into one of the most powerful journeys we’ve ever undertaken at Evolute Clo.
Earlier this year, members of our 37Club run club travelled to Marrakesh, Morocco, to take part in a full marathon. For many of us, it was our first time taking on such a challenge. The months leading up to the race were filled with dedication, discipline, and a shared sense of purpose. We trained week after week, clocking in the miles regardless of weather, fatigue, or doubt. It was never just about the physical transformation — it was about mental strength, collective resilience, and the belief that we could achieve something bigger than ourselves.
The Marrakesh Marathon was more than just a race. It was an experience that tested our limits and pushed us far outside our comfort zones. The Moroccan sun was unforgiving, and the long stretches of road demanded focus and perseverance. But alongside every challenge came moments of clarity — the type that reminds you why you started in the first place.
As we ran through the heart of Marrakesh, every step carried meaning. We weren’t just running for medals or personal bests — we were running for a cause. Through this marathon, we raised vital funds for a charitable initiative close to our hearts, proving that community-led action can drive real, tangible impact.
We want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this possible. To our 37Club runners — your grit, courage, and unity made this moment unforgettable. To those who donated, supported us from afar, or simply cheered us on — your encouragement carried us when our legs felt heavy, and your belief reminded us why this mattered.
Evolute Clo has always stood for more than just modest activewear. We are a community, a movement, and a platform for women to challenge boundaries — both physical and societal. The Marrakesh Marathon encapsulated all of that. It reminded us that we are capable of extraordinary things when we come together with purpose.
Overall we raided over £35,000 for charity. This achievement isn’t just about crossing a finish line. It’s about everything it took to get there. And for that, we couldn’t be more proud.
