10:00am — Meet Up
We gather at the meeting point. Say hello, get to know each other. Rain or shine — we always show up.
10:15am — Warm Up
A quick group warm-up to get the body ready. No pressure — just move at your own pace.
Choose Your Distance — 3K or 5K
Walk, jog or run — whatever feels right. Two routes for different levels, no one left behind.
Bag & Coat Drop Available
Run stress-free — we look after your belongings while you move.
Post-Run Coffee & Food
Wind down, chat and connect. Honestly — this is the part everyone comes back for.
