Product Information

We understand that finding the right size for you is essential, so on each of our product pages you will see a button called "Size Chart" on this guide you can see various measurements for our products in both centimetres and inches to ensure you choose the right size for our modest activewear. At Evolute we focus on premium quality from materials to manufacturing practises. Our materials are ethically sourced and high quality creating sustainable activewear.

We understand the battle of fast fashion and the amount of material or products that go to waste causing substantial damage to the environment. With this in mind we aim to create modest sportswear that can maintain constant intense workouts and won't go to waste after a couple of wears.

We wanted to make flattering modest sportswear that doesn't only look good but that is also extremely functional. With other products we like to incorporate unique designs with strong meanings, such as our oversized tee's. We are proud to say our products speak for themselves, providing an aesthetic, a meaning and a comfort to individuals.

Our products are sustainable. It is within our best interests to ensure sustainability with our modest activewear from the fabric sourcing, the production process and the usage. We strive for quality to ensure our activewear can be long lasting and so we are able to distance ourselves from "Fast Fashion". This not only means the garments are much better for our customers, but also for our environment!

Shipping & Delivery

We only offer standard delivery 2-4 days delivery times, this is sent via Royal Mail and full tracking information is provided.

We understand that customers would like various shipping options such as next day delivery so our team is looking into this and we can implement it as soon as suitable.

Shipping should take roughly between 2-4 working days. You can always check your tracking information in case there are any delays with the courier. Shipping times may be different during holiday periods and weekends.

Since we are UK based, we use Royal Mail as our shipping provider in which you can use Royal Mail tracking to keep track of your orders.

We send out tracking information via email once we have packaged your order and shipped it out. Be sure to check your spam folders if it is not in your primary inbox.

Refunds & Returns

Yes Evolute do offer returns and a full refund 14 days after purchase. To learn more about refunds please read ourreturns policy.

When your refund has been processed and we have received the item back from you it usually takes 3-5 business days to receive the full refund into your bank account. It can take up to 10 days on the rare occasion but if you do not receive the full refund after 10 days please get in touch with us as soon as possible: evoluteclo@gmail.com

We do have a returns policy! Here you can read on how to make a return and what issues are eligible for a return/ refund. If you are sceptical or concerned with your issue not being under our guidelines, please reach out to us via email: evoluteclo@gmail.com so we can get your issue resolved and provide you with guidance.

Payments

We accept all major credit/ debit card companies including Amex. We also accept PayPal and other payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We are also now available through the Shop app.

We use a secure and well trusted payment gateway which is Shopify Payments. This means both the buyers and sellers are protected! If you had any queries for the security of your orders or purchases, please email us: evoluteclo@gmail.com

We don't accept cash payments, cheques or crypto currency.
