The Apex Kettlebell Strength class is a workout designed to build strength and endurance using kettlebells in a hot room. This class includes various kettlebell exercises that target multiple muscle groups, promoting functional strength and better athletic performance. The Apex Kettlebell Strength class offers progressive training, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. However, you’re more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Just send us a quick message on Instagram @evolute.clo or WhatsApp (07305 885033) with both names and email addresses, and we’ll take care of it.
To keep things fair for everyone, repeated no-shows do have an impact on the community. If someone does not attend two events without messaging us at least 30 minutes before the start time, they will be unable to book onto our events for 3 months. This helps ensure tickets go to those who are able to attend and keeps the experience positive for all 🤍
