We understand that life happens! If you’re no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else and keep teams balanced.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. However, you’re more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Just send us a quick message on Instagram @evolute.clo or WhatsApp (07788 378070) with both names and email addresses, and we’ll take care of it.
To keep things fair for everyone, repeated no-shows do have an impact on the community. If someone does not attend two events without messaging us at least 30 minutes before the start time, they will be unable to book onto our events for 3 months. This helps ensure tickets go to those who are able to attend and keeps the experience positive for all 🤍
⌛ Please arrive on time:
Teams will be finalised before we begin, so arriving on time helps everything run smoothly and ensures everyone gets the full experience. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to slot you in without disrupting games already in progress.
